LindseyBee
I am posting this on the forum as I am positive there are many of us having this same issue and it's unacceptable. I have been in touch with customer support but the "solution" that was given to me is not at all satisfactory. I have a shop page and was using the "Wrap" style. My products have different variants and their prices changes per variant. On mobile, when you select a different variant, the price does not automatically change (the way it does on desktop). The customer can only see the change in price once they are in their cart. This is not fair to the customer. I was told that I had to change the design style to "Simple" or "Full" in order to resolve the issue on mobile. This adjustment effects both mobile and desktop as it's a universal design change. Both "Simple" and "Full" are very different in appearance and not as modern or clean in the mobile experience. I formatted, cropped and sized many images to specifically fit the "Wrap" template style throughout the entire site. It's upsetting that the website template I chose for this shop (the "Spotted" template) was built entirely around the "Wrap" style and had, unbeknownst to me, this mobile issue. I think it's unacceptable to promote website templates that use a style that doesn't efficiently work on mobile. As we all know, the majority of user-experience on websites is shifting towards mobile viewing. Has anyone else ran into this issue? I'm hoping the developers can notice this huge oversight and come up with a solution asap. Edited March 5 by LindseyBee Link to comment
