Can I make an Event automatically move to the bottom of the page after it has completed?

At the moment, all the PAST and UPCOMING events are grouped together on the same page.

I would like the PAST EVENTS to automatically move to a separate section at the bottom of the page after the event has completed.

The events page is getting too cluttered, so I want to have a way to make them automatically move to a new section (lower down on the page) called:  "Past Events".
