Receiving “Failed Payments” using squarespace payments

Hello, I’m seeing two customers listed under my payments tabs as “failed payments” 

I’’m using squarespace payments for the first time and I’m not sure why this is happening. 
I can see the customers information, and the amount they paid, but I can’t see what they ordered from site. 
I’ve reached out to squarespace via email and waiting for them to respond. 
does anyone have an update or information about this? 

will I lose the sale?
