Teonah Posted March 3 Share Posted March 3 Hello, I’m seeing two customers listed under my payments tabs as “failed payments” I’’m using squarespace payments for the first time and I’m not sure why this is happening. I can see the customers information, and the amount they paid, but I can’t see what they ordered from site. I’ve reached out to squarespace via email and waiting for them to respond. does anyone have an update or information about this? will I lose the sale? Link to comment
