Cannot find the google sheet where my form data is going to

I need your help, please!

Years ago, I set up a form for a clients' website. As additional storage, I added a Google Drive document. Now I would need that data, but I cannot find the drive document. How can I find the drive account it is associated with?

You can try looking in Settings -> Third-Party Tools -> Connected Accounts, that should tell you about the Google Account that's connected to the website.
