Create hold and drag scroll on summary blocks

Hey, I've made a summary block for my blog posts and I would like a hold and drag feature to be added, similar to how the testimonials are.

Then use List Sync plugin (referral link), to pull Blog Posts to List Section (similar Summary Block)
