Category tags bleeding out of 1200px margin

Recommended Posts

Hi there!

All of a sudden, the categories displayed on the individual pages are no longer aligned to the 1200px page format, but bleed out. I didn't touch anything so I don't know how this came about.

I'm on a version 7.1. I've tried to rearrange page width but these categories are auto-displayed, it's not a separate content block I've created.

Any advice on how to fix the bleed? Thanks so much!

Hi @Livia_Sole

I couldn't see anything obvious that is causing this issue other than the Squarespace markup so this may be a Squarespace bug, and may be worth reporting to Squarespace Customer Support.

However, as a workaround, try adding this to the Custom CSS panel:

.tweak-blog-item-show-categories .blog-item-wrapper .blog-meta-item--categories {
    display: contents;
}
