olake92
Hi there, We've recently launched a new subdomain (cambridge.monumentcycling.com) to our main site (monumentcycling.com). It just ticked over 72hrs since we connected it and the SSL certificate is still processing. We also occasionally get a 503 Service Unavailable error. I'm assuming I typed something in wrong with the DNS records (we're with Namecheap). For that reason, I want to delete all our DNS records relating to this subdomain and start the process again. However, I don't want to accidentally delete the DNS records for our main website. For the life of me, I can't find a way to see which of the unique codes in the CNAME Records relates to which site. I thought I'd be able to find this on the domains panel in Squarespace but I can't. Is there a way to find out which unique CNAME Record relates to which site? PixelSoda
You should be able to check the site-specific records in each site’s Settings > Domains & Email > Domains > cambridge.monumentcycling.com panel. If you don't see the option to view DNS settings, try adding /dns-settings after your domain at the end of the URL in the web address bar. That said, if you don't see a "View DNS Settings" option, that usually means all of the DNS records were added correctly. Otherwise, you'd see an error message and the option to view details. The DNS settings for cambridge.monumentcycling.com all look right in the Google Admin Toolbox to me. I think there’s been a problem with SSL certificates taking a while, so if you’re still having trouble it would probably be worth reaching out to Squarespace support: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/requests/new#choose-topic Link to comment
