Remove appointment email notifications for staff

I'm trying to remove email notifications for a staff member.  Whenever someone books, he gets an email.  I don't see the options for him to remove this as I do on mine:

He doesn't have the toggle on his to prevent those emails coming in 30 times a day.  Is there a way to stop this?
