Embedded Form Spacing Issue

My website is www.zarinaaston.com and my issue is in the footer section.

Since Squarespace still doesn't natively support Mailerlite, I'm having to use embedded forms for my newsletter sign up. When I'm in the editor, the spacing of everything looks fine:

But when it's on the published desktop website, the spacing is all wonky:

The code I'm using for the embedded form is supplied by Mailerlite. I'd love to know how to customize it or fix this annoying spacing issue in Squarespace. Here's the Mailerlite code:
