I'm wondering if Squarespace is right for my new project (business)

Does anyone know if there is an integration that works easily with squarespace to do the following? I need to be able to show tons of videos in a tile configuration, but also attach these to an eDirectory of sorts. There are eDirectory sites out there, but their interface and design is no where as attractive as squarespace. Since the "project" i'm working on needs to appeal to creatives, and content creators, it needs to look top notch 

Also, does anyone know if there is a much better search capability that can be added to a squarespace site? as an add-on or integration? I'm looking for something that can eventually even do image search.
