ACarney
I'm considering using Squarespace for my event registration. This is an event where often companies will buy many tickets (5+) to send their employees. Does anyone know if there's a way to require each ticket to have a name and email attached so that they aren't all attached to one record? Link to comment

In the checkout settings (Settings > Selling > Checkout) you'll find a setting called "Quantity for services". If you toggle this setting off, the customer will only be able to add one service product at a time. If the tickets are configured as Service Products and you're using a Custom Product Form to prompt for the customer's name and email address, the form will appear each time a ticket is added to the cart. For a good user experience, users should clearly understand what happens when they click the button so it is a good idea to change the button's caption and add some additional messaging that explains how to add multiple tickets. ACarney
Okay that's helpful. And will they still be able to purchase multiple tickets in one transaction? Link to comment
paul2009
Yes, they can checkout in the same transaction but they’ll need to add to cart for each one.
