Integrating Forms into Course

Hey there,

I'm creating a course and want to include an option for students to answer reflection questions directly in the course (without leaving the page) and have their responses sent directly to their email.

It doesn't seem like there's a simple option for this at the moment. I was thinking of using a Squarespace form, with their email address and the reflection questions. Is there a way to have their form submission answers sent directly to their inbox?

I'm also open to other suggestions on how to integrate this feature into my courses.
