fellowprogress
Hello, I have recently noticed that the add a section part of my square space desktop app is showing templates without any coloured backgrounds. So I am unable to see any text so on. Which is quite limiting and making it hard for me to use templates? Does anyone know how to resolve this so I am able to better see the templates. thanks a bunch, Rich Link to comment
creedon
Quote Does anyone know how to resolve this so I am able to better see the templates. I have seen a few reports of issues and myself experienced some slowness loading with the section library recently but no sure fire resolutions. You can try some of the usual things. Restart your computer, all routers/hubs. Clear the cache of your browser. Let us know how it goes. Find my contributions useful? CassAggett
Following from above, you also might want to check your your colour settings in Section Styles - do you have a section in there that's got a white background with this pale coloured text? If so it could be pulling the previews from that. fellowprogress 1 If this helped you, please like or mark my solution as answer so others can scroll to it quickly 👆 Cass Aggett is a Squarespace website designer for go-getting women – no matter what stage of business. fellowprogress
Thanks this worked, I had to change the background colours to be able to see the templates fully again. Link to comment
