How to create a URL or link from blog to share on other social media

Hello, I'm a novice when it comes to creating my own website so bear with me.

I've created a blog page and posted my first blog on my website.  How can I create a clean URL or link to share on social media such as Instagram to drive people to the blog post.  My Instagram is "connected" via a badge on my website and I've reviewed the "linking a blog post title to another page" instruction sheet, but neither has done the trick.

I simply copy my post URL from the browser address bar and paste it into Facebook or Pinterest. 

A somewhat related question...Instagram has flagged my account saying something on my website is spam or against ig's code of conduct. I am not able to post or comment unless I remove my website link from my profile. I have even made it a business account and still. Is there something on the square space side I need to do? It worked fine, having my link in my ig bio, for about five months until earlier in February it was flagged. Any help would be much, much appreciated. Thank you. juliefurxhi.com @JulieFurxhi
