motherofmystics Posted February 15 Posted February 15 I have been hosting a membership site on notion, which members paid for via Square Up subscriptions, and I added them manually to the private notion member page. This month, I have been in process of cancelling subscribers on SquareUp/Notion, and they signup for the new SS Membersite to "transfer" their membership. While the majority of my members pay monthly, I have three members who paid for their year on the Notion/SquareUp site up front. Their renewal dates are later this year. At first I thought I could offer them a 100% monthly discount for the months leading up to their renewal date. However, I learned that you can only offer discounts on the first month, or on ALL months. So my plan doesn't work, since I would only need them to have the discount for a few months. I think a work around would be to offer them 100% discount on all months, and then manually cancel their memberships at renewal time. Is it possible to cancel member's subscriptions on our end? Or can it only be canceled by the member themselves? I am not seeing a way to cancel members subscriptions from the selling dashboard. Also - there has been one incident in the past when a member violated community guidelines and had to be removed from the membership. If this happens again, it is really important that I am able to cancel their subscription myself. Is this possible?
