We currently have an issue with Acuity Scheduling where clients sometimes making a booking for a class and if they're unable to make it to the class, reschedule to their next preferred date/time. We allow clients to reschedule up to 24 hours before the class. I wanted to know if there is a way in Acuity to limit the number of reschedules that a client can make? For example, if the client has rescheduled it once, they are unable to make any further reschedules. However, you cannot apply a limit to the number of times they can reschedule. Did this help? I am aware that we can turn on/off rescheduling and I was hoping there was a setting that I may have missed for limiting rescheduling. Seems like I haven't.. GJK Posted May 13 Share Posted May 13 It seems like such an obvious feature to have, yet it is still unavailable, therefore setting a limit on at the amount of time seems a moot point as they can still keep on re scheduling. This feature needs added and it really can't be a hard thing to add. Link to comment
GregEls Posted May 21 Share Posted May 21 100% this feature needs to be added. We are manually tracking to add to a ban list if someone repeatedly reschedules or no-shows, but management from within Acuity would be much peferable, as would be reporting that enables us to see how many times a client rescheduled.
