Can I set up an automation to make products available only certain weeks of the year?

Background: My client provides home delivered meals. There are four weekly menus that rotate every 4th week. They are colour coded and only available on their assigned week. Orders need to be placed one week before delivery.

Currently orders are placed online using a form. Where the customer selects the product they want in the coloured week and lists the number of each meal wanted. Ideally I would like to update this system to prevent orders placed on the wrong week.

Is there a way I could either utilise a form or product listings and cart where I can limit the date orders can be placed for? And then have this operate automatically rotating the colours every 4 weeks for order? Either using custom code (which I don't have the skills to create) or a feature built within Squarespace?
