My footer is loose and wandering

Hello all.

I'm scratching my head a little on this one. The footer on my site seems to separate from the block above when the window is enlarged. Everything else on the site is fine, we are just not sure how to stop this from happening. 

We would far rather it stuck to the box above and then if there is any plain white that it is under the web page.

Any thoughts on how to help with this would be greatly appreciated.

@JamesDoyle The reason is because the video with the airplane isn't tall enough. So, it's showing the background of that section, which is white. You can either change the background color to black, or extend the height of the video so that it takes up more space.

Thanks for your help. However I have used the editor and the only way to expand the video is to increase the rows which then makes the site layout look very different on standard screens. And no matter what I do it seems the white area between the block remains. This is after setting the page theme to black in the site color pallet.
