Art Illustration Commission Question

I wanted to know has anyone tried to implement a digital art commission service?

I searched for tutorials in YouTube, and I find the native solutions limiting. Or I haven't found it yet.

So I want to ask it here. Maybe someone knows already. 😊

What's the best way to offer it?

As a digital service or like a product listing on an online store?
As we all know, having a digital art commission service means having the following:

1. client filling out a form (describe order, contact info)

2. client uploading a file or image for reference (not available in Squarespace forms)

3. availability to accept down-payment

4. A place or page where the client can access the finished artwork.

As this one will be digital commissions only, there's no need for shipping address as it's not a physical product.

Has anyone found a best way to approach this?
