Transferred Domain from WIX to SquareSpace DNS is now broken.

Initiated a transfer on the 3rd of FEB. received notification this morning of completion and e-mail to verify e-mail address.

Completed.

DNS records were in place for out website which is hosted at spothopper. 

I have transferred Domains in the past with little issue but this one seems to be a real struggle.

Whois is finally showing the domain has been transferred to Square space. Prior result was "transfer pending" from WIX.

NSlookUp not seeing records being updated.

Houston We have problems:

DNS propogation checking tools showing the same thing RED X everywhere.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I havent heard a peep from square space 24/7 email support.
