LauraCampbell Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Hi, Let's say a customer purchases a soap, a shower gel and a cream in one order, it is creating three orders for this eg 101, 102, 103 and listing them all separately in my dashboard and emailing me 3 times. I can't see anything that would change this, is this the way it always does things? I would expect that to be in one order unless they were purchased as separate transactions. Can anyone advise me please?

LauraCampbell Posted February 10 Author Posted February 10 Thank you, there should only be one fulfilment option as we only offer pickup from our studio, our shop is only really for our customers. https://www.jasmineyogatynemouth.co.uk/shop Are you able to see if I've set up different shipping options? I'll try and see if fulfilment profile settings
paul2009 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 (edited) I tested it with a few products and was only offered pickup for each item. I can't check what happens next without placing an order so I recommend you contact Squarespace Customer Support with details of the orders and ask them to take a look. One other thing that I spotted is that you use a Custom Checkout Form to ask users to confirm they understand the pickup process. However, the checkbox is not "required" so users can continue without checking the box. I thought you'd want to know 🙂 Did this help?
