cjohns Posted February 10 Posted February 10 All of a sudden after 6 years, my Google Workspace stopped working and said I turned off auto-renew. I did not, but I have tried to update my payment to a different card, and it just says it failed and if the problem persists then contact us. I absolutely need this Google Workspace. It has my email, my calendar, my google drive and documents. It is necessary for my work to continue. I contacted, but have heard nothing back. How can I get my Google Workspace re-activated?

Bocpg Posted August 24 Posted August 24 I'm in the same boat my whole website and emails and process is now down. Cannot conduct business at all. They've escalated to product support but no help at all
