Anyone offering their own delivery service & pick-up options?

My florist client needs to offer ALL options:

Local delivery (by my client)
Local Pick-up
Nationwide shipping

You'd THINK this would be easy to set up using shipping profiles but it turns out that at checkout if you have an item in your cart with a local pick-up option it removes the shipping options completely. I've contacted Squarespace support about this and it does appear to be a bug they are looking into fixing but for now I wanted to see if anyone else out there is offering all of these options and has a successful system in place.
