alicecc Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Hello, I want a discount code of £6 to be applicable to a single item, so that if a person orders say 3x of that item they receive an £18 (£6 x 3) discount in total. Currently I can only see how to apply the discount once, even if the order contains multiples of the same item. Is there a way to do this, or a workaround that would create the same result? Thank you so much!

As you have found, discounts are applied per order, not per product. It isn't possible to workaround this. Did this help? lee_deathorglory Posted August 26 Posted August 26 The fact that you cannot do discounts where for example a customer buys two t-shirts and gets X off is extremely frustrating and in all honesty may actually lead to me rethinking using this service, it feels as though while offering an ecommerce component, how that component will be used has not been considered. 2 for X offers are commonplace and it should be easy to set these up. At present I can either add a discount when a customers total order exceeds a certain amount which is not ideal as this will apply to all items in the store, or I can apply to all items in a category, which again is not ideal as that will apply to orders with only one of a specified item.
