Help! Custom Codes with Forms not working.

Hi there, 

All forms on my website have stopped working. A user can input information but once they click on the submit button, nothing happens. I've contacted Squarespace and they have advised the following:

Is there an easier way to resolve the issue?

As Support suggested, you'll need to identify which section of custom code is causing the issue and then remove it.

However, if the custom code is for a cookie consent solution, then you may not have configured it correctly to allow the 'essential' Squarespace cookies. Fixing this could resolve the issue.
