tnnguyen87 Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Hi there, All forms on my website have stopped working. A user can input information but once they click on the submit button, nothing happens. I've contacted Squarespace and they have advised the following: (12:27:35 AM) Scarlett C.: After doing some testing on my end, I found that the issue was resolved when I disabled scripts on the preview version of your site. You can learn how to disable scripts on your end here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/articles/205815908#toc-disable-scripts-in-preview (12:28:00 AM) Scarlett C.: Because the issue was resolved by disabling scripts, the problem is likely caused by custom code you’ve added to your site. Troubleshooting code falls outside our scope of support, so we can’t pinpoint the exact code responsible for the issue. I’d recommend reviewing any custom scripts you’ve added to code blocks or code injection and try removing them one at a time to determine which one is causing an issue. Is there an easier way to resolve the issue?
paul2009 Posted February 8 Posted February 8 As Support suggested, you'll need to identify which section of custom code is causing the issue and then remove it. However, if the custom code is for a cookie consent solution, then you may not have configured it correctly to allow the 'essential' Squarespace cookies. Fixing this could resolve the issue.
