stormtrooperlandy Posted February 8 Share Posted February 8 I use Squarespace both as my website design and hosting service. I use Stipe for payment processing. I used to get automated emails from my site letting me know a new order has come through. This has stopped. The help section and tools on the commerce side of the admin portion of my site are unhelpful. I cannot find how to update and or find where to view and make sure the correct email for notifying me of sales is. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Link to comment

This has stopped. Go to account.squarespace.com. Check that your website is listed. Click Account settings in the top right corner. Click Account and security. Where is says Change email address, check the email address being used. If it is correct, contact Squarespace Customer Support and ask them to check if this email address is on their bounce list.
