Trying to make a page all white

Hi ya'll! So I'm trying to make a custom Error Page for my website but when I try to make a solid while page to start off with by removing the header and footer, this pink where the footer won't go away!

Shown below here is the currently using for the page.

What do I add or change? Or should I just have a completely different code there altogether?

It is site default color, you can use this new code

  	display: none;
  }
  body {
    background-color: white;
