Only search for blog titles

Hi, I'm having an issue where my search bar shows nearly all of my blog posts even though im searching for a tag or blog title. The reason for this, is that on each of my blog posts, I have a summary block showing my 5 latest blog posts, and another one showing related content.

So when I search for example "pasta", it shows nearly all blog posts, because nearly all of them will have a related or recent blog post with a title or excerpt that includes "pasta".

I've been searching around for hours and I can't find anything regarding this issue. Essentially what I want, is that my search bar only searches for the blog title, and not the whole blog page. I don't know if it's even possible but I thought I might as well ask.

The Squarespace search bar isn't that specific. I recommend using the Archive Block and creating a search function based on the Tag or Category of Pasta. This still won't specify by Title of the blog though, just by the assigned tag or category, so I would focus on how you categorize to optimize this.
