Make 2 hour appointments with graduating start times as well as a break?

Hey all,

I'm trying to figure out how to set-up a day's worth of appointments that have 4 starting time slots for: 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45 for 4 2-hour appointments each and then have a break from 12:00-1:00 and restart again at 1:00PM, 3:00PM, and 5:00PM.

I have tried blocking the 2nd hour (12:00-1:00) but then the 11:00AM appointments don't show up. If I don't block anything, it goes through and offers 12:00, 12:15, etc. I also tried doing 1 hour appts and adding 60 minutes of padding at the end and that didn't work either.

Help!
