Unwanted spacing added on mobile

On the desktop view, the spacing for my Services page looks ok (see screenshot), but on my phone large amounts of space have been added (see movie).

The 'Fill Screen' setting for the section is set to 'Off'.

How can I get rid of this unwanted space?

I didn't realise that you can / have to edit the desktop and mobile views separately.
