Add text to header away from menu

Hi,

I'm trying to add a phone number on the header just before the Donate button, and ideally with a little phone icon if possible.

Any way to do this? The number doesn't have to link anywhere

We can use some custom code to do this

Or you can also add an item to Navigation, then we can use code to make it closer button
