Help there is a custom css code at the top of my site that won't go away.

I changed the style of my header and deleted all the previous custom css code injections I had. But now theres a code stuck at the top of my header and I don't know how to get rid of it.

What you show in your image is a sure sign that all the custom code is not gone.
