Megannicolebre Posted February 5 Posted February 5 (edited) Hi Hi! I am working on connecting a domain to a squarespace site and running into a problem. I'm getting the 'domain is already connected to squarespace site' which isn't the case. The domain is hooked to a wordpress site currently. Domain is hosted through GoDaddy and I have access to edit dns/nameserver settings and such but can't get to the portion of the domain transfer inside of SS. Domain I'm transferring - brandonheathmusic.com Sqaurespace site: https://ladybug-lettuce-ggye.squarespace.com/ I've checked with their previous record label to see if they used SS at any point -- but they're no defunct so no way to find out. I'm savvy but not that savvy. Notes: I inherited the Wordpress sites so I do have access to those.
