How do I export all data from Form Submitters?

Recommended Posts

I created a custom form to gather visitor information for out reach (not a product page since we have nothing to sell at the moment).  I want to export this data into a spreadsheet and divide up outreach work among other staffers.  However when I want to Home > Contacts and clicked on the ... to Export All Contacts, the .csv file I got only contains very limited information, it doesn't have any of the address, phone number etc submitters filled out via the form.

How do I get an export that contains all the other data?

To clarify, I can see all the detailed info from the Form Submitters emailed from form-submission@squarespace.info, I just need this same set of data exported into a schematized format, to save me from manually copy/paste them into a spreadsheet myself.

Possible answer: I was able to export all the fields from my intake forms by going to

Scheduling -> Reports -> Import/Export -> [Enter your range of dates] -> Hit "Export Appointments" button

It looks like it's only going to export a list of appointments but it actually downloads all the fields.

Is this what you were looking for?

Given current functionality, I think what you have to do is set up additional storage for your form. For example, I set up additional storage on Google Drive, so all form submissions are stored in a Google Sheet. In the form settings, click the Storage tab and you'll see your options.

Dealing with this same issue. Absolutely stunned that I can't export the extra fields from my form submissions. I have 2,000 subs and there is a single (very vital) field I need that's associated with each email. Is there no way to export that as a CSV? Massively frustrated here.

Same problem here.  i set up additional storage via Google Drive and it continues to disconnect.  It is very frustrating there is not a better solution for this.

Using Google Drive seems to be the way to go here. But it seems like a very basic feature oversight to NOT have an export feature that includes form fields.

Hello! I had this same issue this morning when I tried to export details from a specific form. My friend helped me with a work around solution. I wanted to export a list of clients that was generated from a form I created for an expo that I did in October.

Home > Contacts > Lists & Segments > sort by Form Name > Select writing you want + Copy > Paste into Excel.

Once in Excel,  you can sort the clients by date/form/tags etc.
