How to make a section responsively float vertically centered

Simply: I have a single blank page. I want to have one line of text always be positioned centered, centered, regardless of window size. Horizontal center is a baked-in toggle. Vertical centered is not. 

Is there anyway to code inject so that the section where the text lives pads down to the vertical-center? If so, how would you code? Any hacks or backdoor approaches?
