JAbrams72 Posted February 2 Posted February 2 We sell some items that cannot be shipped internationally and some that can be. Other than simply noting this in the product description for the items that cannot be shipped, is there any way to create this as a fulfilment profile? Currently, even for items which are not associated with the profile that allows shipping internationally, it defaults to that option for some reason and seems to allow people to buy? Is there anyway to manage this more effectively?
paul2009 Posted February 2 Posted February 2 (edited) You mentioned Fulfillment Profiles. Have you configured these? They should allow you to limit shipping options to specific products or groups of products. If you've already tried this, please provide screenshots of the profiles for two products - one that can be shipped internationally and one that cannot. This may help forum users to help you. Alternatively, you may want to contact Squarespace Customer Support directly via online chat, as they will have access to the site and so they should be able to talk you through this 🙂 Did this help?
