Notify customer when they purchase non digital product?

I was wondering if there's any way to send automated email to the customers when they purchase non digital product. Just to confirm that their orders are received. Is there any way?

Oh then I don't know why she didn't receive any confirmation. I will try to check if there is anywhere I accidentally turned off the automated notification. Not sure how yet, but thank you for now.

I have just done it and it should be working. I will check with the customer if she received it this time.
