How to make sections small when containing code block

Hi, 

I'm having difficulty making a section containing a code block smaller. It's a counting widget I wanted to integrate into my site (see image attached). The code block space doesnt allow for me to push the section up as normal and I was hoping there would be a solution for this with css.

Yes, add this to Custom CSS and then resize the code block on the page.
