cromero311 Posted January 30 Posted January 30 HELP! I have a course with 17 videos, each video is anywhere from 4 to 15 minutes long. I have a customer who is experiencing an issue with one of the videos that plays for 2 minutes then stops. There is a circle moving but the video never comes back on. I viewed the same video on the front end of the site and had the same problem. How do I fix this? I am getting new customers daily and this is a serious problem if it is going to happen frequently.
cromero311 Posted January 31 Author Posted January 31 Turns out this was an issue with Squarespace and their engineers are working on it. Customer service suggested I upload all of my videos to youtube or vimeo, but obviously that was a non starter as I would have had to replace all 17 videos in my course which would have been very time consuming/pain in the ass, etc. I'm hoping this is not going to be a recurring issue with Squarespace. To those of you creating courses, have you found this to be an issue?
