Image is not displaying in promotional pop-up

I'm creating a promotional box containing an image. The image shows up in the admin edit mode, but does not show up on the public side. Tested on Chrome and Safari with different images. Is this a bug, or am I missing something.

I've done a promotional pop-up containing an image. The image displays in edit mode, but is NOT visible on the public side. I've fiddled with different  layouts/images, and tested on several different browsers but no luck. Please advise.

If you're 100% confident that the image is set correctly in the backend (and it sounds like you are), you may be best to contact Squarespace Support to deal with this bug:

I do  not have any custom code on my site.. that I'm aware of LOL

I'm having the exact same issue...

My page is 'live' so I'm changing it back to a simple, no image pop-up until the issue is resolved somehow.

Tuan fixed my issue with a line of CSS code. It's a work-around, so SquareSpace needs to address the root issue. Thank you, Tuan!
