daniellewis2222 Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I'm creating a promotional box containing an image. The image shows up in the admin edit mode, but does not show up on the public side. Tested on Chrome and Safari with different images. Is this a bug, or am I missing something. Thanks for any guidance!

PJbuffalo Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I've done a promotional pop-up containing an image. The image displays in edit mode, but is NOT visible on the public side. I've fiddled with different layouts/images, and tested on several different browsers but no luck. Please advise.

PJbuffalo Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I do not have any custom code on my site.. that I'm aware of LOL
sophiekaz Posted January 29 Posted January 29 My page is 'live' so I'm changing it back to a simple, no image pop-up until the issue is resolved somehow.
Solution paul2009 Posted January 29 Solution Posted January 29 (edited) This is a technical issue (aka "bug") affecting sites today. Customer Support: "We’re currently investigating an issue with images not successfully uploading to the promotional pop up. The images will sometimes show in the pop up preview, but they won't successfully save to the pop up. Our Engineering teams are prioritizing a fix for this as we speak!" PJbuffalo Posted January 30 Posted January 30 thank you, please keep me posted. If this helps, the "close window" icon, in my case, the + sign in upper right corner, is also not visible.
daniellewis2222 Posted January 30 Author Posted January 30 Tuan fixed my issue with a line of CSS code. It's a work-around, so SquareSpace needs to address the root issue. Thank you, Tuan!
