jr-encircles Posted January 26 Posted January 26 When I try to add a link as per SS instructions in my footer & it seems successful, it doesn't work. Been trying for days. Need to add more links within the website as well and they're not linking either. Added new page to my home menu and that did work. Please help.
paul2009 Posted January 27 Posted January 27 (edited) Can you share a screenshot or further description of the issue to help us understand? The Link Editor has recently changed (15 January 2024). crh_nikke Posted March 27 Posted March 27 (edited) I am also having the same issue. It's INCREDIBLY frustrating. It happened to me a few months ago when I initially built my site and now still hasn't been fixed as I'm trying to update some of my footers. What happens for me is I go to edit the word in the footer I want to link to another page on my site.... I select the page... then when I click the page I want (in the screenshot attached, I want this section of footer to connect to the herbal 101 page), the dialogue closes and so it would seem the link has been registered. But.... it has not. I have tried pressing tab, using my mouse to double click, and pressing enter. None of them seem to work. When I go back to click on the link to double-check it "held" the link for the page, it is blank, as if I never clicked it in the first place. This is driving me insane. Please help! Woodsilver Posted April 6 Posted April 6 I am also having difficulties setting up links in the footer - it works fine if I put it into navigation and it appears in the header - in the footer the same link brings up a 'can't find server' message . I don't want terms and conditions in the header - they need to go in the footer - is there a way to resolve?
sparkbridge_MRA Posted April 23 Posted April 23 Same. But I'm only having issues tapping the links on mobile. Computer seems fine.
Gilbert Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Did anyone get a fix for this? I'm also having the same problem. Have redone the footer several times/ways now 🤯
