instagram icon not working properly

Hi,

I recently finished my website and noticed that I have run into an issue regarding the social media icon,

on the computer website I can click on the icon but when it loads onto instagram the page says something went wrong when the link I inserted is completely fine,

then on the mobile version of the site I can't even click on the instagram/ social media icon,

if someone could help me with this I would be very grateful, I'm not sure if this is caused by me entering lots of custom code (CSS),
