How to pass custom fields from donate button on to receipt

I've got a donate button and see that receipts are automatically sent to donors. In Canada, the receipt has to include the address of the donor on the receipt. I've required that field on the donate button, but how do I get the response onto the receipt email?

It would be wonderful to get to avoid generating the receipts manually for each donation on my end, and seems so unfortunate that the auto-receipt basically covers it, except for the address 😅
