Since Mailerlite is updating their platform new popup forms need to be created. For years the classic version worked fine, but when I put the new Javascript popup code, it is not visible on the website.

I've tried putting it in the full website code injector area, and on just the home page code injector, but still it does not work. Mailerlite says the code is working perfectly, no settings enabled to make it not show.

Any ideas on how to make it work? It's a Business Plan site.

I wonder if this is why: "Note: This integration works with the MailerLite Classic version only. A Squarespace integration for the new version of MailerLite is coming soon!"

From Mailerlite's site.

I have the same issue. CanadianCait, do you use the new or classic MailerLite?

Is anyone else still having this issue? I'm trying to create a pop up on link click with absolutely no luck. This is the code that's in Mailerlite:

<a class="ml-onclick-form" href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="ml('show', 'oh0jAc', true)">Click here to show form</a>

And this is the error message when I use it:

Do you have fullcode? Both your html code + MailerLite script code + site url, we can check problem easier

Thank you for your response - I don't understand, is this the JavaScript snippet code that I've inserted into the header or custom code section? The code listed was as below:
