Where can I leave feedback for Squarespace?

Hey, so I've tried to get to the contact page but the website keeps reloading to a different page. I get it, if the customer can't get there, they can't complain but, honestly? I know the focus for Squarespace is on website building and a very business forward model, but as a blogger, it is incredibly difficult to wrangle with the formatting issues and the disappearing text boxes. I just want to use the site but the "help" section is useless and the "contact us" never works to give feedback and try to fix it.

I know this isn't the right section (but it felt too broad for specifically the blog section) and I just want to email Squarespace or something to get help.

Wow, after viewing the link it's almost like contacting them is intentionally misleading to make it more difficult to reach them. Thanks.

SS is not unique in this regard. Large companies generally don't want you to contact them because it costs them money. Hoops and obfuscation are the norm.
