Adding an auto updating social media count

Hello.

We're looking to add a page that integrates our social media links and numbers automatically. We're going to be having a week long event to increase engagement on our social media pages and it would be easier for the numbers to automatically update to current numbers.

We'd want to add YouTube subscribers, Twitter followers, Facebook followers, Instagram followers, Tiktok followers, and Discord members. I have custom icons for each, but don't know how to use code to grab that information to display the number.

Bonus question: We will be adding goals for each social media count to reach to earn points towards bigger goals. For instance, if Facebook (or any social media account above) reaches 10 followers (just throwing out numbers), then we get 1 point, reaches 25 followers, then 1 more point, etc. Those points would be added to an overall progress bar of points to reach certain goals. So at say 5 points of the progress bar, we get X reward and so on. Looking for an automated way to do this, but I don't know that there is an easy way for this part and will most likely need to handle manually.
