help with overriding template components

Hi, I'd like to move my menu to the right hand side for desktop browsing (unchanged for mobile). Can someone provide some code that can override the aviator template for it?  Also, I want to force the text for the Logo's "tag line" to have "Luxury Interior Design" and "Los Angeles" on two separate lines instead of combined. I was unable to override it with something like "Luxury Interior Design <br> Los Angeles".
