Bold font in footer on one page only?

Hi! I have an anchor link on this page: brightspotcopywriting.com/portfolio

SS support says it's not causing the issue of the font in the footer being bold but that it is related to a code. I'm not sure what to look into or how to fix it, so support directed me here. Any ideas?
