Change text color when hovering over link not working with CSS - Paragraph 2 Body Text

I'm trying to make it so that when you hover over the links on this page the text changes color. For some reason the background color is working fine (although I want to get rid of that if I get the text color to work), but the text color doesn't? Using custom CSS, not sure why?

So you need to use

p.sqsrte-small
