Remove the loop on a video in the background on a section

Hello everyone,

On the site I am currently creating I put a video in the background of a section.

This runs in a loop.

My wish would be for this video to be played only once when the site opens and for the image to remain static on the last frame of the video.

Can anyone give me the explanation I need to do this?

Unfortunately squarespace does not offer this simplify option.

Please note that I am a beginner and have no coding knowledge.

I have to go step by step to fully understand the process.
